John Taylor, President
John came to TBR in 2001 when Darlene opened the company. He graduated in 1995 from Mercer University with his Bachelor's Degree and in 1998 from Georgia State University with his Master's Degree. He also holds a Georgia Accident, Sickness and Life License.
Darlene Taylor, CEO
Darlene opened TBR in 2001 having 35 years experience in Claims Administration. She is a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, Self-Insurance Institute of America, Life and Health Underwriters, Women's Forum, Georgia Health Underwriters Association. She holds her GA License in Accident, Sickness and Life.
Support Staff:
Carol Hopper, Claims Manager
Carol has been with TBR since 2006 and became Claims Manager in 2015. She manages the Claims and Customer Service Department. She also worked for several other TPA’s prior to joining TBR. Carol is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Charity Lamb, Billing Manager
Charity has been with TBR since 2004. She manages the billing deparment at TBR, which includes billing our clients for admin and claims funding , along with AR and AP. She has a background in processing and examining claims, and has also been apart of the Customer Service Team here at TBR. She is a vital part of our company.
Brittany Stephenson, Client Service Manager
Brittany has been with TBR since 2010 and is over the Client Services Department. She handles the installation of new groups and renewals for all of our current groups and prospect groups. She also handles the monthly reporting and eligibility for each group. Brittany has received her Georgia Accident and Sickness Licenses, and is a Medicare Agent.
Sharon Tyler, Senior Auditor
Sharon has been with TBR since 2008. She is our prescription liaison for all of our clients. She is one of our claims examiners having over 13 years of experience. Sharon has her Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration and has been certified in the ICD10 coding.
Nicole Antoine, Customer Service Rep/Claims Examiner
Nicole has been with TBR since 2011. She is one of our claims examiners currently works in our Customer Service Department. She handles Medical claims and Provider and Employee online access to claims and eliglibility. She is certified in the new ICD10 coding, and holds a degree in Business Administration.
Rachel Desmore, Customer Service Rep/Claims Examiner
Rachel has been with TBR since 2012. She is one of our claims examiners in our Claims Department. She handles Medical claims as well as Flex Claims. She is also one of our Customer Service Representatives.
